Respect for the natural environment in which we live

We humans love travelling.

But modern civilisation’s opportunities have led many people to forget that we are, in the end, only guests on this planet. So we have to be careful and respectful as we travel – not only towards other peoples and cultures but also vis-à-vis the landscapes and regions through which we journey. 

So it is particularly important to us that we move through the river landscapes of our (fortunately still green) old continent using up as few of its natural resources as possible. And we are, indeed, rather proud that we are the only river cruiser line in Europe that is entitled to proclaim having been awarded the ecological “Green Certifications” stamp of quality. We would like you to join with us in contributing in such a way that we can all go on enjoying the beauty of our river landscapes far into the future.
